This repository contains the supporting research data associated with the manuscript: "Increased HIF-2α and CD105 (Endoglin) Expression Is Associated With Poor Differentiation in Pheochromocytomas and Paragangliomas." The dataset includes anonymized clinicopathological data, immunohistochemical evaluation results, ethics committee approval documentation, and representative immunohistochemical image archives used in the study. Study overview:Thirty-five tumor foci from 31 patients with pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PPGL) were evaluated. Immunohistochemical expression of HIF-2α, VEGF, CD105 (Endoglin), Ki-67, and SDHB was assessed and analyzed in relation to clinicopathological characteristics, PASS score, GAPP score, and tumor differentiation status.
