The goal is to assess the impact of chronic antibiotic treatment and/or probiotic treatment on gut microbiota composition in adolescent C57BL/6 female and male mice. Mice were treated with a cocktail of broad-spectrum antibiotics for 14 days, from post natal day 21 (i.e. weaning day) followed by one week of washout, and/or with Lactocaseibacillus Rhamnosus GG (2x10^9 colony forming units/mouse) for 21 days.
