Loss of LSM14b affects the meiosis process of mouse oocytes

RNA-Seq can comprehensively and quickly obtain almost all transcripts and information of specific cells in rustic states.Here,we compared up-regulated genes in GV and MII oocytes from LSM14b deficient mice and wild-type mice by RNA-Seq,highlighting the important role of LSM14b in meiosis of mouse oocytes.RNA测序（RNA-Seq）能够全面且快速地获取处于天然状态下的特定细胞的几乎全部转录本及相关信息。本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-Seq）对比了LSM14b缺陷型小鼠与野生型小鼠的生发泡期（Germinal Vesicle，GV）和第二次减数分裂中期（Metaphase II，MII）卵母细胞中的上调基因，揭示了LSM14b在小鼠卵母细胞减数分裂过程中的重要作用。
