RNA-seq of superficial-zone articular cartilage and chondrocytes in a DMM-induced osteoarthritis mouse model

This BioProject comprises RNA-seq data from Mus musculus (C57BL/6J) osteoarthritis models. Tissues include the superficial zone of knee articular cartilage from destabilization of the medial meniscus (DMM) and sham-operated joints. Raw reads are deposited to the SRA and processed count matrices and sample metadata are provided via GEO. The study enables comparison of inflammatory responses and extracellular-matrix programs relevant to osteoarthritis pathogenesis.
