Clinical Characteristics and Risk Factors for In-Hospital Mortality in Surgical Patients with Abdominal Sepsis: A Retrospective Multicenter Study

The dataset uploaded here is the raw data for this study, and these data can be further analyzed.The clinical dataset for this study was derived from two prominent healthcare institutions: the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) General Hospital, which boasts 4,000 patient beds, and the PLA Air Force Medical Center, equipped with 1,500 patient beds. We undertook a retrospective analysis of the medical records of patients with abdominal sepsis who underwent surgical interventions in the operating room under general anesthesia between January 2008 and December 2022. Data collection was executed in a standardized fashion, adhering to stringent definitions to ascertain data integrity. The need for patient consent is waived due to the retrospective study design.
