In this study, we used RNA sequencing to interrogate how muscle and liver autonomous clocks influence the circadian transcriptome across these two organs. WT and liver+muscle Bmal1 reconstituted mice ( see Koronowski et al Cell 2019 and Greco et al Science Advances 2021 for general model description) were used to collect tissues at 6 time points over the diurnal cycle - 12 hr light: 12 hr dark conditions and ad libitum feeding of normal chow; tissues harvested at ZT0, 4, 8, 12, 16, 20
