The recombinant subunit vaccine Ag85A-LpqH has demonstrated the ability to protect C57BL/6J mice against Mycobacterium bovis infection. Preliminary evaluations indicate that it elicits robust immune protection, encompassing both cellular and humoral immunity. Further investigation into the underlying mechanisms of its immunogenicity is warranted. To identify the factors associated with its protective effects, we conducted TCR and BCR sequencing analyses on the spleens of immunized mice from three groups: the negative control group (PBS group), the positive control group (BCG group), and the experimental group (Ag85A-LpqH group).
