The stomach biopsies from antrum and corpus of 6 SPF (H.pylori) were collected pre and post Helicobacter pylori inoculation. The pre-inoculation libraries were constructed 4 and 2 weeks before inoculation and the post inoculation libraries were obtained 2, 4, 8, 11 and 16 weeks after the introduction of H.pylori in system. The v1-v3 region of 16S rRNA gene was amplified using broad range bacterial primers and sequenced using 454 GS-FLX platform.
