genome of Hycleus cichorii and Hycleus phaleratus

Hycleus cichorii and Hycleus phaleratus are most important blister beetles in Traditional Chinese Medicine due to their ability to biosynthesize cantharidin, which has recently been used for cancer therapy. However, there are lack of genome reference, which hindered to development of studies on biosynthesize cantharidin and other biology. We sequence, assembly and annotate both two genomes using low depth Illumina sequence data (36-38X).
