RNA-seq profiling of paralysed CD8 negative dendritic cells after systemic inflammatory syndrome

CD8 negative dendritic cells were harvested from the spleens of untreated and treated mice. Treated mice were inoculated intravenously with 20 nmol of CpG1680 to induce systematic inflammation five days before harvesting cells. RNA was extracted and profiled by RNA-seq. Three independent experiments were performed for each of treated and untreated groups, with 8 mice per group. Overall design: RNA-seq profiles were generated of untreated CD8 negative dendritic cells (3 biological replicates) and CpG-pretreated CD8 negative dendritic cell (3 biological replicates).
