Cleaned Dataset and Trials with Complete Ankle, Knee, Hip Data

Dataset OverviewThe dataset contains cleaned data for each participant's trial, organized as a MATLAB structure array. Additionally, the names of trials and participants with complete and cleaned data in each group (healthy, grade 2, grade 3, and grade 4) are provided as MATLAB cell arrays.Data ProcessingNo data was removed from the structure array. Instead, abnormal, incomplete, or outlier data were labelled. Using these labels, the names of trials and participants with complete and cleaned data were extracted and used for analysis.Structure Array DetailsEach participant's trial is stored as a separate structure with six fields:<b>Ankle</b>: Contains the angle trajectory of the ankle joint for both the left and right legs.<b>Knee</b>: Contains the angle and velocity trajectory of the knee joint for both the left and right legs.<b>Hip</b>: Contains the angle and velocity trajectory of the hip joint for both the left and right legs.<b>Hip_stride</b>: Contains hip stride time for both the left and right legs.<b>Knee_stride</b>: Contains knee stride time for both the left and right legs.<b>GRF_stride_time</b>: Contains the ground reaction force (GRF) stride time for both the left and right legs.Participant InformationThe structure array includes a table with the following participant information, read from the dataset metadata:M6 availabilityDisturbancesOA sideSexAgeBody massHeightBMIKellgren-Lawrence (KL) GradeTrial InformationThe info table also contains information about the state of trajectories used in the analysis.
