Data for Compound drought exposes uneven water security in an interbasin allocation network

Research data and analysis-code archive supporting the manuscript "Compound drought exposes uneven water security in an interbasin allocation network" (Earth's Future, submission 2026EF010126). The archive preserves the scientific data and analysis scripts from the final local framework revision dated 22 September 2026, together with the complete HEMC scenario-source library and reconstructed monthly SRI diagnostics needed to inspect the 594 drought scenarios, 38 matched reference windows, basin responses and spatial summaries. It includes a README, CSV data dictionary, source provenance, SHA-256 manifest and a package-verification script. Scope: processed research data and analysis code. The original project hydrological cache, meteorological forcing, detailed network configuration and full model-result archives are separate dependencies; the included README explains these limitations and original path dependencies. The package must not be interpreted as a standalone rerun of the entire WISAM experiment. The WISAM 1.0.0 software is archived separately at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.23005685. Its synthetic example does not replace this study's case-specific model inputs. Data provenance and third-party terms are documented in the package.
