资源简介:
This dataset provides the experimental records from a systematic study investigating spontaneous imbibition test using smart water for enhanced oil recovery in Indiana Limestone. It analyzed data from 16 core imbibition tests (T1-T16), measuring oil recovery dynamics and interfacial tension (IFT) under varying conditions. The data is organized in spreadsheets covering: (1) core petrophysical properties, (2) brine composition and preparation, (3) IFT values with the inverse bond number calculations (2) time-series oil recovery data, and (5) a summary of all imbibition tests with the recovery graphics and IFT measurements and graphic code generation. Key variables tested include brine ionic composition (formation water, seawater, and modified smart waters), temperature (70°C and 90°C), and chemical refresh protocols. The dataset enables direct analysis of the synergistic effects of temperature and smart water brine on spontaneous imbibition performance in carbonates.
