Anonymized Wi-Fi RSSI Fingerprint Matrices and Ordered Routes for Wi-Fi/PDR Fusion Evaluation

This dataset accompanies the study “Adaptive Fusion of PDR and Wi-Fi Fingerprinting Based on Hybrid KNN-RF and Bidirectional Error Correction”. It contains anonymized Wi-Fi received-signal-strength reference matrices, complete spatial test grids, three ordered test trajectories, and route-boundary and trajectory metadata used in the experiments. The release covers three coordinate-aligned RSSI conditions. Each condition contains 2,215 reference fingerprints, 1,736 spatial test rows, and 18 anonymized RSSI features. The reported route protocol contains 837 ordered observations divided into three route segments with zero-based start rows 0, 299, and 576. Coordinates are expressed in a relative two-dimensional metric frame. No BSSID, MAC address, participant identifier, or absolute geographic coordinate is included. The PDR inputs used in the reported experiments are generated in a trace-driven manner from the ordered coordinates under controlled step-length and heading perturbations. Raw smartphone IMU streams are not included; accordingly, this release is not an end-to-end smartphone inertial-sensing benchmark. The archive includes a README, data dictionary, route metadata, citation metadata, licence information, and SHA-256 manifest.
