The captioned research aims to explore how BIM-enabled artifacts and project stakeholders, as sociomaterial boundary objects and boundary spanners, play a role in boundary spanning and cross-discipline collaboration under the BIM-enabled EFMI context. This dataset includes the interview guidelines and transcriptions of the preliminary study and case study of the captioned research project.
