Data, analysis code, risk-of-bias assessments and figure source files supporting the systematic review and meta-analysis "The ergogenic effect of caffeine in rodents: a systematic review and meta-analysis, with a narrative synthesis of adenosine A2A receptor mechanisms" (PROSPERO CRD420250653223), submitted to ACS Pharmacology & Translational Science as manuscript pt-2026-00417m. The deposit contains the effect-size dataset and an analysis script that reproduces every pooled estimate, heterogeneity statistic and sensitivity analysis reported in the article; the extraction workbooks; the SYRCLE risk-of-bias matrix behind Figure 2; the scripts that draw Figures 1 to 5 and the table-of-contents graphic, each verified to regenerate the deposited figure byte for byte; and an exploratory funnel plot. README.md states, in a section of its own, which material named in the article is not yet present in version 1.0, and which files predate the R1 revision and therefore do not reproduce the published results.
