Renter to Owner Occupied Units

2022 Esri population data enriched to HUD Housing Choice Voucher layer that is currently using 2010 census tracts. The information within shows an estimated availability of housing by type in each tract, by owner occupied, renter occupied, and vacant, giving a total of housing existing within each tract. This layer specifically color codes each tract for higher percentage of renter occupied or owner occupied tract. Intended to be used in conjunction with layers Housing Choice Voucher to Rentals, which shows available vouchers in each tract and compares to total rentals, and Housing Choice Voucher to Total Housing Availability, which shows available vouchers in each tract and compares to total housing. This layer is intended to give perspective to Rentals layer by showing if the majority are rentals or owners.
