新能源公交车辆在使用过程中通过OBD口采集电池原始数据;之后通过4G网络传输到云服务平台,后经过数据校验、数据清洗、数据解析和转换、数据标准化、评价指标计算,以及基于计算得到的评价指标计算得出磷酸铁锂电池的梯次利用价值。经过数据清洗和校验,能够剔除掉噪声和无用的干扰数据;结合通过市场调研收集的不同厂家、不同容量保持率的电池价格,利用算法处理,实现对电池梯次利用的价值评价,继而得到用于评价电池状态和梯次利用价值的数据集。该数据集应用于电池健康状态和价值分析,可以指导公交退役电池梯次利用交易定价。另外,基于该数据集可以进行电池寿命预测以及风险管理,降低梯次利用电池在使用过程中的故障风险;基于该数据集有助于驱动循环经济,延长电池生命周期至10-15年,减少30%以上的资源开采需求,实现“资源-产品-再生资源”闭环;基于该数据集还有助于降低产业综合成本,梯次利用电池成本仅为新电池的30%-50%,推动储能系统成本下降。
Raw battery data is collected through the OBD port of new energy public transit buses during their operational use. The data is then transmitted to a cloud service platform via a 4G network, and subjected to a sequence of processing workflows including data verification, data cleaning, data parsing and transformation, data standardization, and evaluation index calculation. Ultimately, the cascade utilization value of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries is derived from the calculated evaluation indicators.
Data cleaning and verification steps are capable of removing noise and irrelevant interfering data. By integrating battery price data of various manufacturers with different capacity retention rates collected via market research, algorithmic processing is employed to conduct value assessment for battery cascade utilization, resulting in a dataset dedicated to evaluating battery state and cascade utilization value.
This dataset finds applications in battery health status and value analysis, and can provide guidance for transaction pricing in the cascade utilization of retired public transit batteries.
Moreover, leveraging this dataset enables battery lifespan prediction and risk management, which reduces the fault risk of cascade utilization batteries during their subsequent use. It also facilitates the advancement of circular economy: extending the battery lifecycle to 10–15 years, cutting resource extraction demand by over 30%, and realizing the closed-loop cycle of "resources-products-recycled resources". Additionally, this dataset helps lower comprehensive industrial costs, as the cost of cascade utilization batteries is merely 30%–50% of that of new batteries, thereby driving down the costs of energy storage systems.
