Replication Data for: Knowledge transfer to enhance the performance of deep learning models for automated classification of B-cell neoplasms

B-cell lymphoma flow cytometry data with 29,151 samples from 4 different laboratories containing both normal samples and lymphoma samples with subtype information. This dataset is used for transfer learning evaluation of a CNN model for automated classification.
