The morphology of nanoparticles was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM, Hitachi SU8020), equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The UV Vis NIR spectrophotometer (Varian, Cary 500) was used to determine the light absorption spectrum of the product. All SERS tests were performed by confocal microprobe Raman spectrometer (Renishaw Invia, 532, 633 and 785 nm laser lines, 50 × Objective lens). The laser power excited at 532 nm (about 0.3 mw) is 1%. Unless otherwise specified, the cumulative time is 1s. The SERS signals under different excitations are normalized. SEM data are merged and processed by PS software. Both infrared and Raman are processed by origin software. The schematic diagram of the article and TOC are processed by 3DMax software
