Data and code for: "Whole genome duplication drove cell type evolution in the vertebrate brain"

This website contains codes and datasets. All codes are stored in WGD2celltype_evolution.zip file. The enviroment files (including installation methods and versions) were stored in conda_yml folder. All instructions are provided in the Methods section of the paper, as well as in the README files located in each subdirectory alongside the relevant scripts.
