Downsampled Spectral Dataset from Olive Leaves

This dataset presents the data for the paper titled: Prediction of vegetation indices from down-sampled hyperspectral data using machine learning: A novel framework for olive crop monitoring. The dataset presents files containing the hyperspectral information from olive leaves in the range from 350 to 2500 nm, and the downsampling information from files at a rate of 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75 and 100 nm, and the 25 vegetation indices analyzed in this study. The files are saved as .mat files and can be used in Matlab.This dataset also contains the .arff files at each drying stage, that can be used to train models in the WEKA software.Finally we include a brief file, describing how to use the WEKA software.
