资源简介:
These intersectionality guidelines have been produced by Ibn Zohr University as part of the Horizon Europe project 101094652 - Dignity For Irregular Migrants in EU Farm2Fork Labour Markets (DignityFIRM). The DignityFIRM Intersectionality Guidelines offer a theoretical and methodological guide to carry out research on the intersecting inequalities in labour right and access to social and health services among low-waged irregular migrant workers who are involved in the food supply chains in four EU states (Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain) and two associated countries (Morocco and Ukraine). The main premise of the guidelines is to explore the multiple grounds upon which irregular workers from migrant backgrounds (their administrative and legal statuses combined with other factors like nationality, gender, race, education, ethnicity, religion, etc.) are recruited for F2F sectors. For the current collection, the Radboud University acts as both publisher and administrator. The Radboud University handles the storage and access of the data through the Radboud Data Repository, in consultation with and on behalf of the partners of the Horizon Europe project.
