Growth characteristics of deformation twins are investigated in a CrMnFeCoNi alloy. The twin thickness of CrMnFeCoNi deformed under different strain rates was examined using multiple high-resolution TEM (HR-TEM) micrographs. The results show the effects of grain size and strain rate on twin thickness, which should be considered in constitutive modeling of mechanical properties of HEAs. ## Description of the data and file structure
We count the twin thickness by counting atomic layers from HRTEM images, thus the twin thickness can be precisely determined. Â
