资源简介:
Broiler breeding is developing in the direction of intensive, non-resistant green farming, and genetic progress continues to improve the production level, while improving economic benefits, it also ushered in multiple stress challenges such as environmental control pressure, increased risk of pathogenic microorganisms, and improved nutritional standards. When the body is subjected to various adverse stimuli, cells will produce a large number of reactive oxygen species (ROS) at the cellular level. If the antioxidant system cannot be cleared in time, excessive ROS will attack normal cells, triggering a chain reaction, resulting in oxidative damage. This study aims to establish intestinal oxidative damage model based on the production of reactive oxygen species. Endogenous oxidative model (intestinal inflammatory oxidative damage caused by salmonella feeding) and exogenous oxidative model (oxidative oil intake) are used to compare and study the mechanism of oxidative stress on intestinal oxidative damage. To establish a dynamic evaluation system of oxidative stress characteristics and key targets affecting intestinal barrier function, and further select functional additives according to the action characteristics of the two oxidation models to study the effects and pathways.
