Dengue passive surveillance_Kamphaeng Phet

This dataset contains a de-identified, analysis-ready subset of passive dengue surveillance data derived from patients presenting with acute febrile illness at provincial hospital in Thailand. The dataset was curated for secondary analysis and represents the minimal data necessary to reproduce the analyses reported in the associated manuscript. The original surveillance studies received ethical approval from relevant institutional review boards in Thailand and United States. Personal identifiers and specific dates were removed prior to public release. No information in this dataset permits direct or indirect identification of individual participants.
