Unbiased causal inference with Mendelian randomization and covariate-adjusted GWAS data

This space contains the GWAS summary data for the paper "Unbiased causal inference with Mendelian randomization and covariate-adjusted GWAS data".

The contents of data files are indicated by file names. For example, "GWAS_2MetPCadj.BMI.glm.linear" is the GWAS data of BMI when 2 metabolomic PCs (MPCs) are adjusted. "GWAS.MET.PC1.glm.linear" is the GWAS of the first MPC. "GWAS_1MPCnoGen.DBP.glm.linear" is the GWAS of MPC after removing genetic components. "GWAS_No_adj.BMI.glm.linear", "GWAS.DBP.glm.linear", and "GWAS.SBP.glm.linear" are respectively the GWAS of BMI, DBP and SBP without MPC adjustment. "GWAS_SBP2MetPC_corrected.txt" is the GWAS of SBP when 2 MPCs were adjusted, after correcting collider bias.
