镁铝合金铸原料检测数据集

本数据集由凤阳爱尔思轻合金精密成型有限公司技术检测中心，基于ASTM E1251、ASTM E1479、ISO 209、GB/T 13748的检测标准，于2025年6在实验室独立完成检测并生成，用于快速分析来料的化学成分、杂质含量、气体含量，确保原材料符合采购规格，从源头杜绝因材料不合格导致的铸件缺陷，降低废品率和后续加工成本，同时根据检测结果，精确计算并添加所需合金元素或稀释剂，减少成分偏差。

This dataset was independently tested and generated in the laboratory in June 2025 by the Technical Testing Center of Fengyang Aiersi Light Alloy Precision Forming Co., Ltd., in accordance with the testing standards of ASTM E1251, ASTM E1479, ISO 209 and GB/T 13748. It is designed to rapidly analyze the chemical composition, impurity content and gas content of incoming materials, so as to ensure that raw materials meet procurement specifications, eliminate casting defects caused by unqualified materials at the source, reduce scrap rate and subsequent processing costs. Additionally, it enables precise calculation and addition of required alloying elements or diluents based on test results, thereby minimizing compositional deviations.
