Krause et al. (2025) Global Change Biology

This dataset includes LPJ-GUESS outputs, the scripts to produce the Figures, and the LPJ-GUESS code including lightning mortality. The outputs from the two global LPJ-GUESS simulations (driven by LIS/OTD-EMAC and ENTLN lightning densities) are in LPJ-GUESS_global_LISOTD and LPJ-GUESS_global_ENTLN, respectively. The five simulations for the BCI forest are in LPJ-GUESS_Panama, the simulations for the US sites and the two Amazon sites in LPJ-GUESS_US_Amazon and the simulation for the Uganda site in LPJ-GUESS_Uganda. A description of LPJ-GUESS output files can be found in Summary.txt. The R scripts to produce the Figures are in R_scripts. The LPJ-GUESS code is in LPJ-GUESS_lightning.zip.
