Humoral correlates of protection against Mycobacterium tuberculosis following intravenous Bacille Calmette-Guerin vaccination in rhesus macaques

This study follows a group of NHPs who are given the BCG Danish Strain 1331 and then later Challenged with Mtb Erdman Strain. There are many different timepoints where Blood and BAL is extracted. These tissue samples are then run on multiple systems serology assays: Antibody Dependent Functional Profiling Assays (ADNKA: Antibody Dependent NK Cell Activation, ADNP: Antibody Dependent Neutrophil Phagocytosis), Titer Assays for many different Antigens (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgA, IgM) and FC Receptor Binding Assay on different receptors (R2A, R2B, R3A, R3B, C1Q).
