为科学、准确、客观地掌握慈溪市地表水环境质量状况和变化趋势,我单位对对慈溪市县控及以上河道断面水质和千吨万人湖库水质中所含化学需氧量浓度进行定期监测。水质按照《水质 化学需氧量的测定 重铬酸盐法(HJ 828-2017)》标准进行检测,根据《地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)》及《浙江省水功能区水环境功能区划分方案(2015年)》对该监测断面进行评价。1、算法规则:对我市地表水及湖库断面水质中化学需氧量浓度进行检测时,按照如下公式进行计算:ρ=c×(V0-V1)×8000×f/V2,式中p为样品中化学需氧量的质量浓度,单位mg/L:c为硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液的浓度,单位mol/L:V0为空白试验所消耗的硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液的体积,单位ml:V1为水样测定所消耗的硫酸亚铁铵标准溶液的体积,单位ml:V2为加热回流时所取水样的体积,单位ml:f为样品稀释倍数。2、数据分析:将所得化学需氧量浓度在《地表水环境质量标准(GB 3838-2002)》中查得其类别,再按照《浙江省水功能区水环境功能区划分方案(2015年)》的划分,对应所在断面的类别,若超出则说明该断面化学需氧量未达到功能目标,反之则达到功能目标。
To scientifically, accurately and objectively grasp the status and changing trends of surface water environmental quality in Cixi City, our unit conducts regular monitoring of the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) concentration in the water quality of county-level and above river sections as well as lakes and reservoirs with a daily water supply capacity of 1,000 tons and serving a population of over 10,000 people in Cixi City. The water quality was tested in accordance with the standard "Water Quality—Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand—Dichromate Method" (HJ 828-2017). The monitoring sections were evaluated based on the "Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water" (GB 3838-2002) and the "Zhejiang Province Water Function Zone and Water Environmental Function Zone Division Plan (2015)".
1. Algorithm Rules: When detecting the COD concentration in surface water and lake/reservoir section water quality of our city, the following formula is used for calculation:
ρ = c × (V0 - V1) × 8000 × f / V2
Where: ρ is the mass concentration of COD in the sample, unit: mg/L; c is the concentration of ammonium ferrous sulfate standard solution, unit: mol/L; V0 is the volume of ammonium ferrous sulfate standard solution consumed in the blank test, unit: mL; V1 is the volume of ammonium ferrous sulfate standard solution consumed in the sample test, unit: mL; V2 is the volume of water sample taken for heating reflux, unit: mL; f is the dilution multiple of the sample.
2. Data Analysis: The category corresponding to the measured COD concentration is identified by referring to the "Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water" (GB 3838-2002). Then, combined with the division rules specified in the "Zhejiang Province Water Function Zone and Water Environmental Function Zone Division Plan (2015)", the category matching the monitoring section is determined. If the measured COD concentration exceeds the corresponding standard, it indicates that the COD of this section fails to meet the functional target; otherwise, it meets the functional target.
