ECDB: Endometrial Cancer gene DataBase
收藏资源简介:
ECDB is a manually curated, integrated central repository designed to provide a comprehensive resource of genes and proteins involved in the various stages of endometrial carcinogenesis. Endometrial cancer is the most common cancer of the female genital tract in developed countries and is the third most common cause of gynecologic cancer death globally, following ovarian and cervical cancer. ECDB was developed to fill the gap in specialized resources for this malignancy. Web Server: https://webs.iiitd.edu.in/raghava/ecdb/index.php# About the Database ECDB serves as an integrated platform that catalogs experimental evidence for genes deregulated in endometrial cancer. It consolidates scattered biological and genomic information into a single, user-friendly interface to support research into the development, progression, and prognosis of the disease. Data Scope: The database currently documents evidence for 410 genes linked to endometrial cancer. Curation: Information is manually curated from published literature, ensuring high-quality evidence for each entry.
