VPRS 5372 Index-Special Cases, Appeals From the Court of Insolvency

Under the Insolvency Act 1871 (Sect 11), appeals against orders of the Insolvency Court could be made to the Supreme Court. This series contains an indexed listing of the names of insolvents and the number of the appeal as allocated by the Supreme Court.
