Single-cell metagenome and metatranscritome analyses of termite-associated protists. Trichonympha agilis, Pyrsonympha vertens, and Dinenympha species II

This project aimed to use single protist cells for metagenome and metranscriptome sequencing and assembly. The goal was to obtain genomes and transcriptomes of protist-associated bacteria such that their individual function may be elucidated using these omics data.
