Metabolomic Changes in Biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Under Early-Stage Tobramycin Treatment Identified by 2D NMR-based COLMARq

This dataset contains raw NMR data and associated experimental metadata for metabolomic analysis of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm under tobramycin treatment. The dataset includes two experimental sets:(1) Tobramycin dose-response (0.5, 1, 2 µg/mL)(2) Putrescine supplementation under fixed tobramycin (2 µg/mL) Raw data were acquired using an 850 MHz NMR spectrometer (2D 1H-13C HSQC). Data processing was performed using NMRPipe and COLMARq.
