The Long COVID Iowa-UNICAMP (LongCIU) dataset contains 90 axial chest CT slices with manual segmentation of ground glass opacities (GGO) and parenchymal consolidations in Long COVID patients. The dataset was independently annotated by three expert annotator pairs and provides a STAPLE consensus recommended as ground truth. It includes three individual annotations and the STAPLE consensus annotation for image segmentation tasks, with labels including background (0), GGO (1), and consolidation (2). The dataset is divided into training (30 slices), validation (20 slices), and test (40 slices) sets.
