Raw sequence reads

Our study used the wire bolt method to construct a rat model of ischemic stroke in total, including six rats divided into experimental and control groups, with three rats in each group. The experimental group performed middle cerebral artery embolization surgery, and the control group only underwent median neck incision. Rats were killed by cervical dislocation after a period of processing, their brain tissue was obtained, and their transcriptome was processed by sequencing. The process of transcriptome sequencing includes RNA extraction, purification, library building, and double-end sequencing using second-generation sequencing technology libraries, using the Illumina sequencing platform.
