RNA-Seq of mouse macrophage RAW264 inoculated by Salmonella Typhimurium(STm) at different febrile temperatures

The current study used the whole transcriptome technology to identify signalling pathways whereby RAW264 macropahge of mice respond to intracellular STm at varied febrile temperatures. We identified the up- and down-regulated pathways that were related to immunity and metabolism. We aimed to answer how febrile temperatures affected the antigen-recognition phase in macrophages, which would provide essential knowledge about fever control treatment in terms of basic immune and metabolic pathways.
