资源简介:
Data Description The SPSS datasets contain empirical data from two studies on third parties’ reactions to workplace incivility: Study 1 includes scenario experiment data from 538 Chinese employees, measuring witnessed incivility, moral anger, workplace ostracism toward instigators, organizational citizenship behavior toward targets, and political skill as a moderator. Study 2 comprises three-wave time-lagged survey data from 172 Chinese employees, tracking the same variables longitudinally. These anonymized datasets enable verification of three core findings reported in the study: (1) The mediating role of moral anger between witnessed incivility and workplace ostracism, (2) The absence of a direct relationship between witnessed incivility and organizational citizenship behavior toward targets, (3) Political skill’s dual moderating effects (strengthening incivility-moral anger association while weakening anger-behavior linkages). Basic demographic controls (gender, age, tenure) are retained for analytical purposes. All personal identifiers have been removed following ethical guidelines.
