Mass Spectrometry MSMS and HDX Raw File Data

In support of the publication "Irisin Mediates Effects on Bone and Fat via V Integrin Receptors", the mass spectrometry raw files for the hydrogen deuterium exchange (HDX) experiments have been made available. In addition the MSMS related files have been provided in the form of the proteome discoverer result and study file, the peptide spectra match data export, and the raw MSMS file in the MSMS.zip file. Also included is a screenshot of the Proteome Discoverer results, HDX sequence coverage heat maps, deuterium uptake curves and single amide resolution heat maps from consolidation of the overlapping HDX peptides. A high level figure outlining the consolidation approach is available as well.
