The transcription factor Spic regulates inflammatory responses in PreRPM. We used microarrays to identify genes regulated by the transcription factor Spic in PreRPMs. Overall design: To identify Spic-regulated genes in PreRPMs, we isolated PreRPMs from wild type and Spic-knockout spleens using FACS and compared gene expression profile of these cells using microarrays.
