Haemosporidian lineages FASTA

The data file is a FASTA alignment of unique haemosporidian lineages identified in the bird samples. The name of each lineage corresponds to the parasite lineage identifier used in the manuscript and associated files. Lineages are identified to genus when species identification was not possible.本数据文件为鸟类样本中鉴定得到的独特血孢子虫（haemosporidian）谱系的FASTA比对文件。每个谱系的名称与本手稿及相关配套文件中使用的寄生虫谱系标识符保持一致。当无法完成物种鉴定时，仅将谱系鉴定至属级水平。
