Dataset for: Analysis of the structure of the cooperation network in the community of Polish rappers

This dataset in the Gephi program was created in order to conduct research for the master's thesis "Analysis of the structure of the cooperation network in the community of Polish rappers". It collected the following data about the most popular rappers: the number of users following them as of February 9, 2023, and their age, place of birth, place of residence, labels where they release albums, date of release of their first album, number of albums released, sex and bands, which they co-create. This dataset also includes data on the number of joint recordings of each pair of these rappers in 2019-2022. The aim of this study was to attempt to characterize the cooperation between Polish rappers. For this purpose, the theoretical and methodological framework of social network analysis was used.For further details, see File Descriptions below.
