BKAI stands for BioKinesiology Association of Ireland, while IGH stands for Institute of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. This is an image dataset for fine-grained polyp segmentation, consisting of 1,200 images in total: 1,000 WLI images and 200 FICE images. All images are accompanied by fine-grained segmentation annotations. Polyps in these images are classified into two categories: neoplastic and non-neoplastic, which are labeled in red and green respectively. The dataset is split into a training set with 1,000 images and a test set with 200 images.
