Historical Imagery 1998\n\nCurrent and\nhistoric imagery form an important part of the NSW Foundation Spatial Data\nFramework and provide a valuable resource which is widely accessed by\ngovernment and the broader community on a daily basis. As the completeness of\nthis data base continues, its market demand also increases across a broad range\nof applications.\n\nSpatial Services\naerial imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the\nWild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal\nlengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm. Images were captured in monochrome or colour\nduring this period at a range of scales. Capture scales ranged from 1:5 000 to\n1:80 000.\n\nThe Historical Air\nPhoto Enhancement program (HAPE) not only allows the capability to search,\ndiscover and use source imagery, but also provides the delivery and viewing of\nenhanced historic rectified imagery mosaics. # 1998年历史影像

当前与历史影像均是新南威尔士州（New South Wales, NSW）基础空间数据框架（Foundation Spatial Data Framework, FSDF）的重要组成部分，作为宝贵资源每日被政府及广大社会公众广泛访问。随着该数据库的完备性不断提升，其在众多应用场景中的市场需求也持续增长。

本次采集的航空影像最初采用多种相机完成拍摄，包括Wild RC-5、RC-10及徕卡（Leica）RC-30相机，搭配焦距为88mm、153mm与304mm的各类镜头。该时期采集的影像涵盖单色与彩色两种模式，比例尺范围为1:5000至1:80000。

历史航空影像增强项目（Historical Air Photo Enhancement Program, HAPE）不仅具备搜索、发现与使用源影像的功能，还支持交付与查看经过增强处理的历史校正影像镶嵌图。这一全新功能使广大社会公众如今可访问并使用空间位置精准的历史影像，具体途径包括：
1. 通过历史影像查看器
2. 以网络地图瓦片服务（Web Map Tile Service, WMTS）的形式，直接应用于各类GIS制图场景，操作说明详见下文
3. 直接订购JP2格式影像镶嵌图并本地使用，可通过客户中心联系我们。

### 在ArcMap或ArcGIS Pro中访问WMTS
1. 打开目录窗口
2. 点击【目录】>【GIS服务器】>【添加WMTS服务器】
3. 指定以下URL：
