First tests for advanced macromolecular cryocrystallography at microfocus beamline XAIRA

XAIRA is approaching the final phase of the beam commissioning, in which the behaviour and performance of the beamline has to be tested with real samples. Here we present a set of proteins with different characteristics in terms of molecular weight, cell parameters, crystal sizes and diffraction power, among other factors, to provide a complete set of tests. Importantly, this proposal will also be used to test the beamline control system and the data management and processing pipelines.
