The project-based learning model focuses on methanol production from syngas. In this case, feed composition, target production capacity, and expected deliverables were specified. Students were asked to draw a process flow diagram (Figure 3b), perform heat and mass calculations, design a distillation column for methanol separation from water, and justify the operational conditions, using chemical and mechanical engineering design, process control, and HAZOP analysis. An explicit template of dataset as support for heat and mass balances and distillation column dimensioning is presented.
本项目式学习模型以合成气制甲醇生产为核心研究场景。本次任务明确给出了进料组成、目标产能与预期交付成果。要求学生依托化工与机械工程设计、过程控制及危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法,完成以下任务:绘制工艺流程图(图3b)、开展热量与物料衡算、设计用于甲醇与水分离的精馏塔,并论证操作工况的合理性。本研究同时提供了用于支撑热量与物料衡算及精馏塔尺寸设计的标准化数据集模板。
