Proximal TCR signaling by endogenous self-peptides modifies gene expression without amplifying distal signaling in CD4 T cells

The goal of the study was to characterize the molecular signatures of lymph node T cell of TCR transgenic mouse under different treatment. We compared the transcriptome profiles of mouse lymph node T cells under different treatment (NP (no peptide), GP (self-peptide), MCC (agonist), GP+MCC). Mouse lymph node T cell populations were sorted and whole transcriptome analysis was performed using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 machine
