Zoning

The intent or purpose of the zoning feature class is to promote the public health, safety and general welfare and to carry out the Deschutes County, Oregon Comprehensive Plan, the provisions of ORS 215 and the Statewide Planning Goals adopted pursuant to ORS 197. Zoning districts are established to regulate and govern the development and use of land within Deschutes County, Oregon. Zoning within Urban Growth Boundaries is regulated by the cities of Bend, Redmond and Sisters.区划要素类（zoning feature class）的设立宗旨，在于维护公共卫生、公共安全与社会公共福祉，并贯彻落实俄勒冈州德舒特县综合规划、《俄勒冈州修订法典（Oregon Revised Statutes，简称ORS）》第215条之规定，以及依据ORS第197条制定并通过的全州规划目标。 设立区划区域的目的，是规范并管控俄勒冈州德舒特县辖区内的土地开发与利用活动。 城市增长边界（Urban Growth Boundaries）范围内的区划管制工作，由本德市、雷德蒙德市与塞勒斯市负责实施。
