"Causes and Consequences of the Contemporary Destructive Model of Commercial, Social and Civilizational Burnout, Causes and Consequences of the Limitations of Contemporary Artificial Intelligent Systems"

The work *“Causes and Consequences of the Modern Destructive Model of Commercial, Social and Civilizational Burnout, as well as the Causes and Consequences of the Limitations of Modern Artificial Intelligent Systems in the Absence of an Ethical Core at the Hardware Level”* is devoted to a systemic analysis of the architectural errors of digital platforms. Based on empirical data — logs, SHA-256 hashes, and recorded attempts of ORCID substitution — it is shown that the priority of short-term monetization leads to destructive consequences: digital expropriation of authorship, fragmentation of society, growth of mental disorders among users and professional communities, as well as destruction of cognitive functions in the mass audience forced to adapt to a fragmented and distorted information flow. The work examines in detail the examples of Grok/X.ai, Meta Verified, Twitter Premium, and OpenAI, where the provisions of the Terms of Service explicitly establish the possibility of expropriation of intellectual property. The absence of a built-in ethical invariant makes such systems structurally vulnerable: they provoke erosion of trust, exploitative cycles, and create civilizational risks. An archive (“Archive of Logs with SHA-256”) is attached to the publication, allowing verification of the evidence base; it is encrypted, but its integrity can be independently confirmed. The main conclusion: **ethics must be embedded at the hardware level as an engineering invariant of sustainability**.
